"I recognize that telemarketing is a viable marketing
tool to help companies reach prospective customers or as a method for customer follow-up.
While I can't say I enjoy getting solicitation calls, I recognize that they are a

businesspeople with the same courteous, professional manners as appropriate in any other
business transaction.
I do think, however, that for telemarketers to be treated
courteously, they must be courteous as well. It is important to make sure the callers are
well informed and professional.

so they are helpful, not invasive. In this way, I think we will increase the likelihood of
people listening to them and giving the product a chance. |
