Amortization Software is an easy to use window based Amortization Calculator which helps to find any one unknown for other three known values such as:
- Calculates Rate of Interest for given 1) Loan Amount, 2) Loan Terms and 3) Payment Amount.
- Calculates Loan Amount for given 1) Rate of Interest, 2) Loan Terms and 3) Payment Amount.
- Calculates Loan Terms/Period for given 1) Loan Amount, 2) Rate of Interest and 3) Payment Amount.
- Calculates Payment Amount for given 1) Loan Amount, 2) Loan Terms and 3) Rate of Interest.
In addition to calculation of one unknown, Amortization Software also prepares the following of Amortization Schedules:
- Amortization Table: The amortization table shows the detail of each payment amount and how it is applied between principal and interest. It also shows the remaining balance of principal after each payment, payment year and payment number. The total amount of payments and its distribution between principal and interest during the life of loan can be seen at the beginning of table. These information are shown on every page when amortization table is printed.
- Yearly Summary: The yearly summary table summarizes the amortization table on yearly basis and shows the amounts of total payments made during each year and its split between principal and interest. This also shows the loan balance at the end of each year. The total amount of payments and its distribution between principal and interest during the life of loan can be seen at the beginning of table. These information are shown on every page when yearly summary is printed
